THE FORCEFIELD FFTM and ULTRA ForceField FFTM Protective HeadgearS ARE DESIGNED FOR THE SPORT OF FOOTBALL (SOCCER) AND OTHER SPORTS IN ORDER TO REDUCE THE SEVERITY OF THE IMPACT FORCES BY SIGNIFICANTLY ABSORBING AND DISSIPATING THE FORCE ASSOCIATED WITH THE IMPACT

WARNINGS & INSTRUCTIONS

Activities that involve impact forces to the head and other parts of the body are dangerous and can result in sub-concussive or concussive brain injuries that may be temporary or permanent.

Although the FORCEFIELD FFTM and ULTRA ForceField FFTM Protective HeadgearS can significantly reduce the risk of head injury and impact forces, there is no protective headgear that can eliminate concussions.

Modification of this headgear will reduce its effectiveness resulting in an increased risk of a head injury.

Place the ForceField FFTM or Ultra ForceField FFTM headgear around the circumference of your forehead just like a sweatband and make sure that it stays in that position during play for the optimum protection.

Wearing the headgear improperly or modification of this headband will reduce its effectiveness in absorbing and dissipating impact forces, resulting in an increased risk of injury If the headgear is torn, damaged or shows signs of execessive wear, the headgear must be replaced.

Storage, cleaning and disinfection

The ForceField FFTM and Ultra ForceField FFTM headgear can be cleaned with ordinary soap and water. Hand wash only - Do not machine wash. After washing, allow the headgear to air-dry.

DO NOT PLACE THE HEADGEAR IN AN ELECTRIC DRYER OR MICROWAVE OR OVEN. THE INTEGRITY OF THE PRODUCT WILL BE COMPROMISED.

The Forcefield FFTM and Ultra ForceField FFTM headgear should be stored at temperatures between 40-80 degrees Fahrenheit (4.4 - 26.67 degrees Celsius)

Failure to follow this warning may result in serious and/or permanent injuries.
